1. From November to March, check-in is after 3:00 PM; check-out is before 11:00 AM.
2. From April to October, check-in is after 4:00 PM; check-out is before 11:00 AM.
3. Early check-in or late check-out will incur an additional fee. Please contact the front desk for assistance.
4. Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the hotel, including guest rooms and balconies. A cleaning fee of NT$10,000 will be charged if violated.
5. Pets are strictly prohibited. A cleaning and disinfection fee of NT$2,000 will be charged per room if found. Guide dogs are exempt.
6. Please keep your room key safe. A replacement fee of NT$200 will be charged for any lost keys. For any matters not covered, please refer to on-site instructions.
