1. From November to March, check-in is after 3:00 PM; check-out is before 11:00 AM.
2. From April to October, check-in is after 4:00 PM; check-out is before 11:00 AM.

4. Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the hotel, including guest rooms and balconies. A cleaning fee of NT$10,000 will be charged if violated.
5. Pets are strictly prohibited. A cleaning and disinfection fee of NT$2,000 will be charged per room if found. Guide dogs are exempt.
